Guojian Lianxin Certification Center (GJC) was restructured from the former China Certification Committee for Quality of Cement and Building Construction Materials Products and China Building Materials Quality System Certification Center. Since its establishment in 1988, GJC has continuously delivered certification, evaluation, training and professional services relating to green, low-carbon and high-quality development for thousands of renowned domestic and overseas building materials enterprises, with over 100,000 various certificates issued in total.

As a third-party certification body approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA) and accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), GJC has been certified as a National High-tech Enterprise, a Beijing-level Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, as well as a Beijing-based Technological Small and Medium-sized Enterprise. To date, it has set up five branch offices in Jilin, Heilongjiang, Fujian, Southern Zhejiang and Anhui Provinces respectively.

GJC serves as the lead organization of the TC19 Technical Expert Group for Building Materials Products under the China Compulsory Product Certification Scheme and a member organization of the TC01 Product Certification Policy Group under CNCA; a member entity of both the Certification Body Committee and the Product Certification Professional Committee of CNAS; a standing director unit of the China Certification & Accreditation Administration Association; the Deputy Secretary-General unit of the Intelligent Manufacturing Standardization Working Group of China Building Materials Industry; a member organization of the Green Building Materials Product Certification Technical Committee; and a member unit of the Validation and Verification Body Specialized Committee under CNAS.

In addition, GJC holds committee membership in multiple national standardization technical committees covering energy management, cement, stone materials, ceramics, glass, decorative and finishing materials, water-saving products and other sectors. It is also a vice-chairman member unit, alongside a member entity of the Expert Committee and General Standardization Committee under China Building Materials Federation.
