Recently, the BOE 8.6-generation AMOLED production line project (A, B, C three areas) supplied by China West Construction Group First Co., Ltd. Pixian - Beixin Plant (hereinafter referred to as “The Plant”) all topped out.

The construction scale of the project is about 920,000 M², which took 170 days and was completed 36 days ahead of schedule, with a cumulative supply of nearly 360,000 M³ of concrete. The construction includes PNL plant, chemical room, special gas warehouse, 220KV substation and supporting facilities, which will make Chengdu the largest flexible panel production base in China after its completion.

In view of the large demand for brightening floor concrete and pool structure concrete, high technical requirements such as long-distance pumping and the difficulties in construction, the plant started from strictly controlling the quality of raw materials, optimizing mixing ratios and upgrading the cementitious material system, effectively solved the problems of brightening floor concrete, such as flatness qualification rate, structural cracks, and loss of long-distance pumping, which completed the production tasks with high quality to ensure the smooth topping of the project. The project is highly recognized by the project authority.

The project, as the largest single industrial project in Sichuan Province to date in terms of volume of investment, will drive the innovative development of upstream and downstream supporting enterprises and provide strong support for industrial investment in Sichuan Province.
