On 22 October, along with the last party of concrete accurately into the mould, the last wind turbine foundation pouring of Inner Mongolia Alxa Right Banner 1 million kw wind storage project (Section II) constructed by China Anneng Group Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. was successfully completed, marking a stage victory in the construction of the project, and laying a solid foundation for the project’s backward sequence of wind turbine lifting and the task of wind power grid connection.
1 million kw wind storage indemnificatory project is located in Alateng Aobao Town, Alxa Right Banner, Inner Mongolia, is a key construction project at the league level to be implemented in 2024 in Alxa Right Banner, with a total investment of 3.226 billion yuan, the planning and construction of the scale of 1 million kw of wind storage base. After the completion of the project, the annual grid electricity will reach 2.98 billion kWh, which is of great significance for optimizing the regional energy structure, promoting the local economic construction, and promoting the green transformation of energy.

Since the project started on 20 June 2024, faced with tight schedule, heavy task, harsh weather conditions and complex natural environment and many other ‘roadblocks’, the project team was in a fighting mood and quickly got into work. The project team has always maintained an efficient and rigorous work style, and through refined construction management, strict quality control and optimal deployment of resources, it has successfully solved all kinds of construction problems and helped the project achieve high quality performance. After the project is fully completed, it can continue to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure, give full play to the resource advantages of the Gobi and desert areas, and lay a solid foundation for the green transformation of energy and power.
In the next step, the project department will continue to strengthen on-site construction quality and safety management, strictly control on-site safety risks, and ensure that the subsequent lifting and step-up station work will be promoted according to plan.
