On August 30, Huaxin Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. received an honorary certificate of Hubei Provincial Manufacturing Individual Champion issued by the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province, and its “Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF)” product was awarded “Hubei Provincial Manufacturing Individual Champion Product (2022-2024)”, which highlights the advanced product technology, and is a microcosm of Huaxin’s promotion of green development.

Manufacturing individual champion enterprises refer to those enterprises that have long been focusing on specific product market segments in the manufacturing industry, whose production technology or process is internationally leading, and whose market share of a single product ranks among the top in the world. Therefore the participating enterprises have many strict requirements.

Relying on Huaxin's strong R&D platform, Huaxin Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. has developed the first domestic Collaborative harmless and resource-based disposal technology of cement kiln with international advanced level and independent intellectual property rights, which won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. The process adopts the technical principle of combining ecological pre-treatment outside the kiln and harmless and resourceful post-disposal inside the kiln to conduct the pre-homogenization of domestic garbage and it uses the microbial fermentation, physical drying, mechanical sorting and other pre-treatment processes to obtain combustible materials of the garbage pre-treatment in cement kilns, which fills the gaps in China, and is one of the important technological paths to promote the low-carbon development of the industry.
