2024 China Concrete Exhibition will be held in Nanjing from May 31st to June 2nd. This exhibition will be "upgraded and iterated" in the layout of the exhibition area, being divided into comprehensive exhibition area, equipment exhibition area, raw materials and products exhibition area. The pipe and box culvert area is located in equipment exhibition area in the No.5 hall.

Accompanied by more than 40 years of reform and opening up, China’s precast concrete pipe culvert industry has experienced the development process from small to large, from weak to strong, constantly meeting the needs of national infrastructure construction. At present, China has become the country that produces and uses the most concrete and reinforced drainage pipes, and the drainage pipe industry has become one of the largest industries in China’s cement-based products industry.


To make the industry grow must first refine its equipment. At present, China has become a country with the manufacture of a variety of advanced pipe culvert equipment, which has realized the localization of all advanced equipment. Localized equipment is not only applied domestically, but also exported to foreign countries.


China's cement-based concrete pipe culvert equipment technology is developing in the direction of automation, intelligence, energy saving and safety. The production process is also dominated by the core mold vibration process, vertical radial extrusion process, thus promoting the continuous improvement and enhancement of the technical performance of the core mold vibration pipe making equipment and radial extrusion pipe making equipment.
