China Resources CEMENT (Changjiang) Limited Construction waste disposal site project is general contracting by the Company

The Company’s general contracting of China Resources CEMENT (Fengkai) Limited aerated concrete block/sheet production line project was designed and constructed plant digital twin system, production control platform, production traceability system, intelligent grab travel control system, on-line slurry consistency measurement system, residual steam recovery system, etc., which has successfully created the first intelligent production line of aerated block in CR Cement Group, and the production line is one of the few production line in China that has the whole-process management system. The production line is also one of the few aerated block/sheet production lines in China with a whole-process management system; The Company’s general contracting of China Resources CEMENT (Tianyang) Limited 10-million-ton annual output aggregate project matches the functions of the digital twin system, production management and control platform, automatic loading system, intelligent substation system; China Mobile System Integration Intelligent Waybill Management System Project, completed by the Company in cooperation with China Mobile Communications Group for the first time, which is now widely used in cement and commercial mixing fields. The system realizes unmanned management of processes such as waybill printing, self-service classification of paper documents and automatic confirmation of signed data.
