Recently, one of the municipal key projects, “Dingye Healthy Cultural Industry Zone” project in Fanjia Village, Xincun Sub-district, Fengtai District, was fully completed and delivered.

"Dingye Healthy Cultural Industry Zone” is the first health and culture industry zone in Beijing, covering a total area of about 50,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 227,600 square meters, which is built on the rural collective industrial land of Fanjia Village. Featuring talent culture and health industry, the industry zone gathers talent science and technology culture buildings, medical institutions, hotels, apartments, commercial, catering, and cultural and sports facilities, apartments, commercial, catering and cultural and sports facilities.

The project is located in Fanjia Village, Huaxiang Town, Fengtai District, Beijing, in which precast fair-faced concrete hanging boards are used to decorate the facade of 1#, 2# and 3# buildings. The prefabricated fair-faced concrete hanging boards are advanced designed by Beijing Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Co., Ltd and manufactured by Beijing Yugou Co., Ltd, with a total of 1,724 pieces of board, 165 models, among them, the heaviest wallboard is 4.69 tons, and the area of the hanging boards is nearly 12,000 square meters.

Fair-faced concrete hanging boards show the beauty of simplicity with simple colors and smooth lines, creating a strong sense of three-dimensionality and layering, so that the buildings show the unique charm in the interplay of light and shadow, contribute to the natural, pure art atmosphere.

Tongue and groove joint interface combined with dry connection construction technology makes the hanging board and the building perfectly matched together, ingeniously and naturally, and the millimeter-fine stitching shows a rigorous and refined aesthetic pursuit.

With well-defined angles, the surface of the fair-faced concrete hanging board is smooth, flat, and no obvious color differences or imperfections can be found. The craftsmanship is reflected from every inch of the texture of the building inside and outside.
